Late Florencio Caetano Dcosta Encountered Chicken Cafrealin the early 80s that is around 1983-84. At the time, he was working in the kitchen of the Mandovi Hotel in Panjim. In 1985, the then 24-year-old Mr. Florencio Caetano Dcosta left his job at the Mandovi Hotel and the tavern turned into Florentine. On its menu was Chicken Cafreal. Founder Late Florencio Caetano D’Costa Since 13th July 1985, a date to remember for all as this day FLORENTINE got its name and Registration.
